These terms apply to using InfinityCards through the website and native Android app.
1. The service
InfinityCards provides card information, collection management, social features and vendor tools through its website and Android app. These terms describe their use; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Your account
Keep your login details secure and your contact details accurate. Choose a username during initial onboarding. Official or abusive names may be rejected. Do not impersonate others and report suspected account misuse to support.
3. Responsible use
Use the features without spam, harassment, fraud, unauthorised access or harmful automation. Only share content you are entitled to share. Moderators may restrict content or block accounts for abuse; contact support to discuss such a decision.
4. Your content and privacy
You retain rights to your own content. You permit the processing and display needed for the features you use and the visibility you choose. This does not grant consent for marketing or model training. The privacy policy and Cookies and storage explain data processing.
5. Recognition, prices and availability
Check scan results, variants and your own entries. Prices are estimates based on available source data and its date, not guaranteed sale prices. Cards with missing or ambiguous matches may have no price. Maintenance or outages may temporarily limit features.
6. Responsibility
InfinityCards remains responsible for its obligations under law and contract. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Report errors or damage to support with sufficient information for investigation.
7. Plans, payments and cancellation
Current features, limits and prices appear on Pricing and are shown when subscribing. Stripe processes payments. Recurring subscriptions continue until terminated under the displayed billing period. Manage them through account settings or contact support. Statutory withdrawal, cancellation and refund rules remain applicable.
8. Downgrades and account deletion
When paid access ends, paid features and editing of binders or decks may be restricted. Existing binders are not automatically deleted solely because of a downgrade. Account deletion requires confirmation; self-service deletion may be blocked while a subscription is active. Support remains available for deletion and privacy requests.
9. Third-party rights and vendor activities
Card names, images and brands may belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer those rights. Vendor pages and inventory tools do not automatically make InfinityCards the seller of listed cards. Agreements and delivery arrangements with a vendor are separate from your InfinityCards subscription.
10. Changes
The service may be improved and these terms updated. The date above identifies the latest change. A text update does not remove existing statutory or contractual rights; any required notice or consent remains necessary.
11. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. Try to resolve problems with support first. These terms do not restrict your statutory right to approach a competent court or supervisory authority.
